About us

TCC Recruitment was established in 2020 as Ireland’s leading Alternative Staffing Solutions Provider.

We were set up as we wanted to radically reduce recruitment spend by pioneering Recruitment as a Service.

We aim to be a minimum of 50% cheaper than traditional recruitment firms. We are transforming the recruitment industry both domestically and abroad by applying our three-pillar approach, which includes engaging with smart working Recruiters that are powered by industry-leading technology platforms complemented by our Project Management methodologies.
