Job Title: Project Manager (Consultant)

Summary

The Project Manager (Consultant) will lead, coordinate, and deliver a CAPEX project on-site in Limerick, providing support and driving optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Planning, Execution & Monitoring

Develop and implement project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for large-scale biopharma CAPEX projects. Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning phases of biopharmaceutical facilities, ensuring alignment with project goals. Proactively promote Safety and Quality throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of each phase. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, technical consultants, and regulatory authorities. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.

Budget and Financial Management

Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets. Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders. Team Leadership

Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Mentor and provide guidance to team members to support performance and development. Regulatory Compliance

Maintain company reputation by ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws, policies, standards, and regulations. Risk Management

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Conduct regular risk assessments and communicate potential issues to stakeholders. About you
