Overview
We are seeking an experienced Domestic Supervisor Plumber to oversee plumbing installations across new build apartment developments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team on busy construction sites while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise plumbing teams on new build apartment sites. Oversee installation of domestic hot and cold-water systems, soils and wastes, sanitaryware and heating systems. Read and interpret drawings, specifications and site plans. Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with building regulations. Liaise with site managers, main contractors, and project teams regarding progress and variations. Ensure all works meet company and industry standards. Manage materials, deliveries, and onsite stock levels. Provide hands-on support with plumbing tasks when required. Complete snagging works and attends handover inspections. Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed on site.
Requirements
Fully qualified plumber with valid NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent. Proven experience in new build residential projects. Strong supervisory or team-leading background. Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. CSCS card required. Full Irish driving licence preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
