The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from award through to completion. This is a pivotal role that ensures our clients standards are upheld on every site while maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting the commercial and operational performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure all work is delivered to specification, on time, and within budget Act as the main point of contact for clients and represent our client professionally at all stages Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery Review drawings, specifications, and technical information to ensure project compliance Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues early, and maintain high safety standards Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation Support tendering activities including pricing, material take offs, scheduling, and technical support Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and strengthen project delivery across the business

About You

Experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project role within construction, fire protection, or a related technical field Strong understanding of project management, site operations, and client communication Confident dealing with clients, contractors, and internal teams across multiple projects Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively Strong commercial awareness with a focus on quality and efficiency Valid Safe Pass and full driving licence
