The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to work independently with full support from a global brand. As a Business Broker based in Ireland, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping small business owners navigate complex transitions and supporting individuals looking to invest or buy a business. You will have the freedom to work flexibly, backed by a supportive office and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a dynamic, client-facing role across three primary service areas:
- Business Brokerage – Build relationships with local business owners, prepare their businesses for confidential sale, and manage transactions from listing to completion—including buyer screening, offers, due diligence, and closing.
- Franchise Consulting – Help individuals find the right franchise opportunity by understanding their goals, skills, financial situation, and ambitions. Present options from a portfolio of hundreds of franchisors.
You’ll work as an entrepreneur with autonomy over your day-to-day operations, while benefiting from:
- Comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional development

- Administrative and operational assistance
- Collaborative deal-making and team support
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, driven, and people oriented. Ideal candidates may have experience in areas such as:
- Business brokerage, franchising, or franchise ownership
- Commercial or small business banking
- Real estate, insurance, legal, or accounting services
- Financial advising or investment consulting
- General business management or ownership
- Sales, business development, or project management
Skills & Attributes Required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously
- A professional, trustworthy presence with a focus on discretion and client service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not essential with relevant experience)
