Junior Recruitment Administrator - Tallaght
Note: This is a Junior position
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Young, Dynamic, fast paced and growing team with excellent career progression prospects. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Recruitment Administration and a understanding of the recruitment process.
You will ideally have recent relevant experience within hospitality or customer service roles.
Duties will include:
- Assist in the day to day recruitment activities – handling candidate inquiries, posting job advertisements and updating the social media websites
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Recording recruitment data accurately in the Company database and in a timely manner
- Manage all administration associated with recruiting
- Assisting with ad hoc duties
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1+ years experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Strong customer service focus.
- Professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi-task, balance priorities and take responsibility for the completion of the recruiting cycle.
- Microsoft Office.
