What We do?
We move 1 million boxes per week, we have over 100,000 square feet of warehousing and we employ over 600 direct employees across the Group, from warehouse operatives, transport drivers, field sales representatives and many support roles based in our Head Office located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. Is a multifaceted company, and we operate across many industries including FMCG, retail, pharmacy, media, automotive, print, ambient food and technology, we provide cutting edge supply chain solutions to companies operating in Ireland. We service over 4500 retailers and have a fleet of over 200 vehicles.

What Do We Want
- 5 years of Warehousing / Logistics experience
- Transport operations experience
- Willing to be part of a motivated team in a high-performing business environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and prioritise accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplishing goals.
What Will Your Day To Day Look Like
You will report to the Head Of Transport and will be responsible for
- Coordinate all day to day queries/activities of key clients and Regional managers.
- Meet customer escalations per agreed timelines.
- Ability to identify the most effective solutions for client queries.
- To deliver and develop specified business K.P.I. reports to agreed timelines.
- Develop strong working relationships with the clients and all other operating divisions within the company.
- Manage tight time frames, fine detail and a high volume of work in a changing environment.
- Liaising with in-house departments
- Admin duties involving reports.
- Setting up SLAs with depots
- Managing 13 subcontracting depots.
- Depot monthly visits
- Monthly Audits of H&S vehicles & site
- Ensure QHSE records are up to date.
What Skills Do You Need To Do This Role
- Third level qualification, a Diploma or Degree essential
- Full Licence
- Excellent Computer skills (Advanced Excel an advantage)
